Lychee & Jasmine Ice Cream

I bought an Andrew James Ice Cream Maker a year back and making ice cream hasn’t been easier! I always keep the element in the deep freezer so making ice cream & frozen yogurts are super easy to make. I use the original Vanilla ice cream as a base for most of my recipes as it’s super light and creamy! With floral and fruity notes, this combination is divine and perfect to serve at the end of an oriental dinner!

Lychee & Jasmine Ice Cream

Lychee & Jasmine Ice Cream


1 cup whole milk

½ cup double cream

½ cup caster sugar

1 vanilla pod

4 egg yolks

1 jasmine green tea bag

½ cup lychee, pureed

Fresh mint to garnish

How To Prepare: Instructions

Just combine it all in the ice cream maker and let it do its thing. Easy peasy delicious ice cream!
